Who are the classes made for?

*  Beginner students who have never spoken French
*  Students who want to restart from scratch to build up a stronger confidence

About the Course

60 hours of intensive classes to help you reach level A1 French in a month.

For beginners:
whether they speak very little to no French or need to start over from scratch.

Objectives:
to be able to start reading and writing in French, understanding people and being understood in a French environment.

Content & Materials

* 20 3-hour classes, Monday to Friday, 60 hours of coursework in total

* 1/2 to 2 hours of homework per day, depending on your personal schedule

* Three (3) books included with enrolment (lessons, vocabulary and exercices)

* Access to more than 70 lessons and comprehension videos

* App to help you memorize vocabulary and practice your pronunciation

* Pronunciation, comprehension, grammar, discussions and games to expand skills and vocabulary

 

 

Your Teacher

Thomas Faudon
I’m originally from France and have been living in Quebec, Canada for the past 20 years. I straddle two continents: Europe, where I spend at least 3 months a year, and North America, where I live most of the time.

Teaching experience
After having worked in the Management field in France and in Canada, I realized that my passion was teaching. I have been teaching French in France, Spain and here in Canada for 10 years now.

Fees

$880 CAD payable in two installments

1) First payment of $240 CAD when you book your place
2) Second payment of $640 CAD on the first day of class

2021 Schedules

60h of classes, Monday to Friday, 3 hours everyday
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, courses are given online with Zoom and other online tools

  • June 7th to July 2nd, 9am to 12pm UTC-5 – This session is full
  • July 5th to July 30th, 10am to 1pm UTC-5 (20 days / 60 hours, Online Session)
  • August 4th to August 31st, 10am to 1pm UTC-5 (20 days / 60 hours, Online Session)
  • September 6th to October 1st, 10am to 1pm UTC-5 (20 days / 60 hours, Online Session)

 

     

    FAQ

    Are the French classes given in-person or online?
    Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, classes are given online via Zoom.

    I don’t speak a word of French. Can I still register for the course?
    Yes, this course is made for you!

    Are there any other fees besides the $880 CAD?
    No :)

    Is all course material included in the fees?
    Yes, three books are provided for the session (lessons, vocabulary and exercises).

    How can I register/pay?
    Fill up the Registration Form. I will then contact you by email to answer your questions and complete your registration.

    What is the cancellation policy?
    You have to cancel your session before it starts in order to be refunded. Please note that there is a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds are not possible once the session has started.

    Do I need a special visa or document to participate in this course?
    Absolutely not, you can come as a simple tourist.
